Our website will be offline for up to 30 minutes for planned maintenance. The outage is scheduled for 22:00 on 8 April (EDT/UTC-4). Delivery of email will also be affected during the outage, but should resume immediately afterwards. We apologise for any inconvenience.
On behalf of ITL I would like to offer our condolences to those who have lost loved ones in the recent tragic events in New Zealand and Japan, our thoughts and prayers are with all of those who were affected by these devastating catastrophes.
As with many companies we are currently assessing the effects of the earthquakes in terms of the supply of componentry used in the manufacture of our products.
At this stage I am able to confirm that our strategy to maintain a relatively high inventory of completed stock along with a similar inventory of the required componentry should ensure that we have on hand sufficient product for the next 9 to 12 months, based on previous years volumes.
We can assume that capacity will be lost by component manufacturers, their sub-contractors and even at raw material level. We will continue to work with our suppliers to track the situation to ensure that any resulting supply chain issues are minimised, and therefore maintain our ability to supply in line with our customers' requirements.
David Morritt
CEO

We remain concerned for those injured, and for the families who have lost loved ones.
The ITL office in Palmerston North, located in the North Island, remains open and is not affected by the earthquake. No ITL staff or their families have been harmed during the earthquake. Thank you to those who have contacted us regarding our safety.
Our office will be closed on Monday 24 January to celebrate the Wellington Anniversary Day. We will re-open on Tuesday 25 January. We hope this does not cause any inconvenience.

The New Zealand city of Christchurch, in the South Island, was hit by a magnitude 7.1 earthquake early on Saturday the 4th September. This has caused significant damage to buildings, roading and infrastructure in Christchurch city and the surrounding areas.
The ITL office in Palmerston North, located in the North Island, remains open and is not affected by the earthquake. No ITL staff or their families were affected by the earthquake.
We continue to watch media reports with concern for the many affected. The combination of the Earthquake's timing, and NZ's building standards/practices resulted in relatively few injuries, and no deaths. Thank you to those who have contacted us with concern for our safety.
Following extensive field trials in several continents over an extended period we are proud to launch a PCI Express version of The Enabler PCI forecourt controller.
Enabler Express shares all the functionality of our proven Enabler 3 PCI card, including compatibility with Enabler software from v2.20 and onwards, and being a PCI Express x1 card it can be fitted to any PC motherboard with an available PCI Express x1, x4, x8 or x16 slot.
A new Windows device driver has been developed for Enabler Express. The new driver is compatible with Windows XP, Vista, 7 and Server including 32-bit and 64-bit editions.

After making a considerable contribution to the ITL team, Milton Baxter decided to leave ITL at the end of 2009 to take up a new position.
Milton is the second longest serving ITL staff member, and has worked in a number of different roles within ITL. Most customers will have had some contact with him through support, face-to-face meetings or specific projects he has worked on over the years.
We have already contacted the key organisations that Milton is actively working with, and made arrangements to ensure his projects continue without disruption.
The ITL team wishes Milton all the best in his new job, and a successful New Year!
