Jan 2010: Farewell to Milton Baxter

After making a considerable contribution to the ITL team, Milton Baxter decided to leave ITL at the end of 2009 to take up a new position.

Milton is the second longest serving ITL staff member, and has worked in a number of different roles within ITL. Most customers will have had some contact with him through support, face-to-face meetings or specific projects he has worked on over the years.

We have already contacted the key organisations that Milton is actively working with, and made arrangements to ensure his projects continue without disruption.

The ITL team wishes Milton all the best in his new job, and a successful New Year!

Dec. 2009: Support over the Festive period

Though it is still a few weeks away... we want our customers to know that our offices will close from December 25 and will re-open on January 5, 2010.

From December 23 to January 5 the support team will be checking emails and dealing with issues with reduced cover. The team will log and confirm receipt of new calls, but will 'hold' all but urgent issues until the full support team returns in the New Year.

Please send your emails to support@integration.co.nz rather than addressing specific ITL staff you know - this will ensure we get your emails and can respond as soon as possible.

18 June 2009: New CEO appointed. New role for Brendon.

In May this year Brendon Deere stood down as the Chief Executive of ITL after 12 years.

During these past 12 years Brendon has taken ITL from inception to a company with its Enabler systems installed in 46 countries and performing reliably for a wide range of customers around the world.

David Morritt who has worked in ITL as our Business Development Manager since January 2008 took over the role of CEO on the 7th May 2009.

Brendon will continue to have an active but more limited role within the company assisting David with specific tasks with customers and ensuring his 23 year industry experience is available to all ITL staff as required.

Over the years Brendon has visited many of our customers around the world, some of them several times. On this he commented "I would like to thank our customers for the kindness shown to me over the years." He went on to say "ITL's commitment to ensuring that we meet or exceeded the expectations of our customers has always been total, David and his staff remain as committed to ensuring ITL is a company our customers want to do business with for many years to come and I look forward to watching the next phase of ITL's history with close interest."

David said "Brendon's vision and drive has seen over 8000 Enabler cards deployed to 46 countries. I hope to build from this solid foundation over the coming years by continuing to put our customers first, by remaining true to what we do best and by ensuring that we continue to develop the abilities of our already accomplished and professional team."

07 Apr 2009: Email and Staff Changes

As you may have already noticed, ITL is moving to a new standard for email adresses. New email addresses are:

  <first-name>.<last-name>@integration.co.nz

The old and new email address go to the same accounts, and the old email addresses will remain as a valid email address indefinitely.

The email address for Support remains unchanged.

Also, we say farewell to Tony Bishop who has been part of the ITL team for one year. He leaves us for an overseas experience in UK and Europe.

02 Apr 2009: Spitfire

The Spitfire PV270 restoration project has reached a significant milestone with the completion of test flying.

The aircraft is scheduled to take part in the Classic Fighters Omaka Airshow from 10-12 April 2009. This will be it's first official display.

The team at ITL have followed this project with interest, and are proud to be associated with the project.

17 Dec 2008: Seasonal Greetings to all from the Staff at ITL

The staff at ITL would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our customers and partners for their support in 2008.

This year, instead of sending out Seasonal Greetings Cards, we have decided to make donations to the following two charities on your behalf; the Child Cancer Foundation and the Starship Foundation. Both charities do tremendous work offering care for children, and support to the families whose lives have been changed forever by life threatening disease and accidents.

We do hope that you approve of this gesture, and wish you peace, good health and happiness for the year ahead.

Support over the Festive period

The ITL offices will be closed after December 24, and will re-open on January 5, 2009.

During this time the support team will be checking emails and dealing with issues as usual. However the cover provided on the public holidays (December 25 & 26 and January 1 & 2) will be reduced to a "holding" one for all but the most urgent of issues.

As always it would be prudent to direct all correspondence to support@integration.co.nz rather than relying on mail to individual staff.

The annual US NACS Show (National Association of Convenience Stores) was in Chicago from October 4th to 7th, 2008. Feedback so far suggests the more compact size (PCB now measures 158mm x 95mm approx), and back plate labelling of LED functions has made The Enabler even more installer friendly. We have also added LED indicators for IFSF activity.

15 July 2008: Staffing Changes

We are very pleased to welcome David Morritt as Manager, Business Development. Part of David's role will be to manage the relationships of our Integrators, to that end David has already spent some time introducing himself to our existing customers. David who comes from the UK, is also reviewing the business to ensure that the future demands of our customers and staff continue to be met. Please feel free to drop David a line at sales@integration.co.nz.

The appointment of David Morritt allows our CEO Brendon Deere to give more focus to our Oil Company customers. To build upon our successes over the past 11 years we have also made the following two internal appointments.

Dwight Holman has been appointed to a new Development Manager role for The Enabler product family. He works closely with David Morritt to plan future Enabler developments and manage day-to-day operations.

Milton Baxter has been appointed to position of Application Development manager, where he is responsible for ITL's customer projects. A big responsibility for Milton who is our most able project manager.

Sadly Augusto Sousa, our famous Brazilian contingent, had to leave ITL for personal reasons. We very much miss Augusto's sense of humour and insights into technology and life. Good luck Gu!

FDM Power Supplies, Site Updates

We have recently become aware that some people are still using FDM071 (Wayne Gilbarco Current Loop) with 12V supplies. This may not work correctly with newer pumps such as Gilbarco Encore models. Therefore we have greatly expanded our FDM Power Supply Guidelines to make it clear what is required.

We also updated all the pump pages to clarify the FDM, power supply, and connections required. The pump information page has been split to separate supported from unsupported or in-progress protocols and show FDM details.

You can now connect Enabler to:
