In unlikely event of an Enabler hardware failure, you should follow the procedure here to ensure a timely repair or replacement.
When Returning Hardware For Repair:
- Complete the customer section of the Equipment For Repair Control Sheet.
- There is a minimum charge of USD*** to cover handling and postage costs.
- Include the Repair Control Sheet with the hardware you send back to ITL for repair.
- Ensure circuit boards are packed in anti-static bags and bubble wrapped to protect from damage during transit.
- To avoid delays in Customs Processing when shipping the package, declare the goods: Returned to country of origin for repair.
