In the unlikely event of an Enabler hardware failure, you should follow the procedure here to ensure a timely repair or replacement.

Enabler comes with a 12 month warranty. If the Enabler card is outside this warranty period then all shipping and repair costs will be passed back to you.
If the estimated repair costs are over USD250 we consider the card to non-repairable, and recommend replacement of the card. If the card is under warranty this will be at no cost, otherwise you will need to order a replacement card as indicated on our price list.

If you are unsure if your Enabler card is still under warranty you can email the serial number of the card to sales@integration.co.nz and we will let you know
