When Returning Hardware For Repair:

• Complete the customer section of the Equipment For Repair Control Sheet.
• Include the Repair Control Sheet with the hardware you send back to ITL for repair.
• Ensure circuit boards are packed in anti-static bags and bubble wrapped to protect from damage during transit.
• To avoid delays in Customs Processing when shipping the package, declare the goods: Returned to country of origin for repair.
