In the unlikely event of an Enabler hardware failure, you should follow the procedure here to ensure a timely repair or replacement.
Enabler comes with a 12 month warranty. If the Enabler card is outside this warranty period then all shipping and repair costs will be passed back to you. If the estimated repair costs are over USD250 we consider the card to non-repairable, and recommend replacement of the card. If the card is under warranty this will be at no cost, otherwise you will need to order a replacement card as indicated on our price list.
If you are unsure if your Enabler card is still under warranty you can email the serial number of the card to sales@integration.co.nz and we will let you know
When Returning Hardware For Repair:
- Complete the customer section of the Equipment For Repair Control Sheet.
- Include the Repair Control Sheet with the hardware you send back to ITL for repair.
- Ensure circuit boards are packed in anti-static bags and bubble wrapped to protect from damage during transit.
- To avoid delays in Customs Processing when shipping the package, declare the goods: Returned to country of origin for repair.
