Why does my Managers Application show offline deliveries?

Offline deliveries are automatically generated by The Enabler every time there is an abnormal change in the Electronic Totals of a pump.

The electronic totals are retrieved from the pump every time a delivery is completed. By comparing the electronic totals on the pump less the delivery totals and the last electronic totals, it is possible to determine when and how much of an off-line delivery was done.

Whenever a pump starts responding, the current electronic totals will be compared with the last electronic totals to determine if any off-line deliveries where done while the pump was not responding to polls.

When an offline delivery is created, it will be an aggregate of all the deliveries done on the pump while it was off-line.

An offline delivery is also noted as an event in the View Events tab, but note that prior to Enabler v3.50, it is incorrectly shown as "Lost Delivery".
