Configuring The Enabler for Attendant mode

To setup Attendant mode, simply follow the steps below:

1. In the Site Settings tab of Enabler Configuration check the Supports attendants check box is ticked, and click Apply
2. In the Site Modes tab, check the Attendant check box, and uncheck the Auto Auth check box. This will activate Attendant mode on all of the pumps. Note that we recommend Auto-Auth be turned off when using Attendant mode, as this will prevent the pumps from delivering when an attendant is not logged onto the pump.
3. If the site is going to do attendant deliveries only (no POS sales), we recommend that the Postpay, Prepay and Preauth options be unchecked as well.
4. In the Managers application, you should now see an Attendants tab, in this tab you can add as many attendants as is necessary. Simply click the Add attendant key and enter the details. Once that the attendants have completed some shifts, you will see the totals in the data grid on this tab.

The attendant mode configuration is now complete, and you should be able to start doing Attendant logons.
